Ordering Online
Shopping on-line is easy and secure with us. Just follow our easy step by step process to make your purchases secure on-line. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are correct at the time when last updated. All prices are calculated including VAT. Buying is easy and you can be reassured by our website payment security provided by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).  Information is collected through the ordering/registration process so that your order can be processed.  We will not forward your details onto any third parties without your consent with the exception of our secure payment provider at the time of ordering to enable payment to be taken and your order processed.
Delivery Schedule
Most orders are despatched the same or very next working day, depending upon time of ordering. Very occasionally during busy times despatch of orders may take longer. All our parcels are sent using either Royal Mail services or Parcelforce.
All of our prices include standard delivery. Please allow between 5-7 working days for your delivery to arrive from your order date. However, if you do not receive your order for any reason please contact us.  A period of 15 working days has to elapse before we can claim for missing parcels.  At this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom.  If you would like to enquire about international shipping please contact us at store@phcleaning.co.uk
Our Guarantee
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item please refer to our returns policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery for any unused items that you purchase from us.  Any items to be returned must be unused and returned in the original packaging.  We will not accept items back if the manufacturers tags have been removed.   To return an item please contact us first via email at returns@phcleaning.co.uk  Please tell us the reason for the return, your order number and your name & address.  After you have received confirmation via email,  return the item back to us.  We recommend that you use the recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs.  PH Cleaning Limited cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.   Please package the item securely and return to the address below:

If any goods are damaged or faulty please contact us so that we can advise on the return and replacement of the item. Items should be returned in their original packaging and complete with documentation to allow us to deal with your return. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a repair, replacement or refund. We fully examine returned items and liase with the manufacturer, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return postage charge.
Errors & Omissions
We aim to have all items that we have displayed on our website always in stock and it is our policy to remove items from the website should they go out of stock. Very occasionally items may go out of stock before we are able to remove them from the website, but we will notify you should this occur with an anticipated date of delivery and/or alternative option. Despite taking every care, we do not guarantee the information on this website and accept no liability for any omissions or errors, we also reserve the right to make changes to products without notice.
