How long does it take to clean my patio?

A small patio may only take an hour, and a large patio may take 3-4 hours.

How long does it take to clean my drive?

A small drive may take 1 – 2 hours, and a large one 5 – 6 hours.

Do you replace the sand that is lost in the cleaning process?

Yes, we come back the next day to sweep in fresh sand when everything is dry.

What is your availability?

Usually, we can book you in within 3 or 4 days of the instruction.

Do you use a Karcher?

No, our equipment is petrol driven. All we need is a water supply.


Pressure Washing




When we pressure wash, we can guarantee you will see a difference. During the cleaning process the sand is removed from your driveway. So we brush it into your driveway at no extra cost. We remove 99% of any weeds, grass and moss that it grows on your driveway. We clean up after ourselves leaving your property looking great!

Soft Washing

Soft washing is a process that cleans your drive and substrate without the need for high pressure washing. So for surfaces such as render, sandstone and other delicate stone, we use a chemical cleaning process.
